Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Reeff. We want your order to arrive exactly when you expect it, with no surprises.

How We Process Orders
Our warehouse team operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. After you place an order, we need 1–2 business days to pick, inspect, and carefully pack your items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. As an example, an order placed late Friday evening will typically ship by the following Tuesday.

Where We Deliver
At this time, we ship exclusively to physical addresses within the 50 United States and Washington D.C. We are unable to fulfill orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. If an order is placed with a restricted address, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

Carriers We Use & Transit Estimates
We select the most efficient carrier for your package from USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on your location and package size. Once your package leaves our facility, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Please understand that 3–5 days is a reliable estimate, not a guarantee. Severe weather, carrier network disruptions, or events beyond our control can occasionally cause delays. If your tracking information shows no movement for more than three days, reach out to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Costs
Every order ships with standard delivery at no cost to you. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden surcharges. We cover the freight.

Tracking Your Package
You will receive a shipping confirmation email titled “A shipment from Reeff is on the way” as soon as your label is generated. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox. The email contains a tracking number you can use directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Marked delivered but missing: Check around your property, ask household members, and contact your local carrier office first. If the package still cannot be located after 24 hours, let us know. We will initiate a tracer with the carrier and work with you on a resolution while the investigation is underway. We will not leave you waiting indefinitely.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, or the product inside is broken, please email us at info@reeffshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item. We will replace the product or issue a full refund. You will not need to return the damaged item.
