Return & Refund Policy

This is a plain-language explanation of how returns work at Reeff. We hope you never need it, but if you do, the process is straightforward.

1. What Can Be Returned
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked delivered by the carrier to initiate a return. Day 1 is the delivery date itself.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
  • Complete with all original tags, labels, and packaging. The product box (e.g., the shoe box) is part of the product. Do not use it as your shipping box. If the original box is returned covered in tape, labels, or is otherwise damaged, we will deduct a 50% packaging loss fee from your refund.
  • Manufacturing defects (such as sole separation, severe glue stains, or stitching failures that are not due to wear) are always accepted for a full refund or replacement.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your own cost.

2. How to Start a Return
Send an email to info@reeffshop.com with:

  • Subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
  • A list of the items you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will reply within 24 business hours with a prepaid return shipping label attached as a PDF.

3. What It Costs
Returns are completely free. We provide the prepaid label, which covers all shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

Please note: this is a returns processing facility. Do not send items without first obtaining an RMA authorization from our team, as unidentified packages may delay your refund.

5. When You Get Your Money Back
Once the carrier confirms delivery of your return to our facility, we require 1–2 business days to unpack, inspect, and process the refund. The money is returned to the original credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used at checkout. From the moment we initiate the refund, your card issuer or bank typically needs an additional 7–10 business days to post the credit to your statement.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange process. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website. This way, your replacement order enters our processing queue immediately.
