Orders & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are in USD.
  • When am I charged? Your payment is authorized and captured immediately at checkout.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly. Email info@reeffshop.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started, but we will always try.

Shipping

  • How long does processing take? 1–2 business days before your package is handed to the carrier.
  • Where do you ship? All 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.
  • Which carrier delivers my package? We select from USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on your location.
  • How long does delivery take? Standard transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Is shipping really free? Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Returns & Refunds

  • How long is the return window? 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • What condition must items be in? Unworn, with all original packaging and tags. The product box must be intact and not used as the shipping box.
  • Do you charge for returns? No. We provide a prepaid label and charge no restocking fees.
  • Where do returns go? 318 Morris Avenue, Inwood, NY 11096.
  • How long does a refund take? 1–2 business days after we receive the item, then 7–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Products & Care

  • How do I find the right size? Check the size guide on each product page. Between sizes? We suggest sizing up.
  • How should I care for my Reeff products? Clean gently with mild soap and water, then air dry away from direct heat.

  • Do you sell my information? Never. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your order and operate our site.
  • How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? Use the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email, or write to info@reeffshop.com.
